5. Fraud Prevention, High-Risk Orders, and Administrative Deductions 

MA ENTERPRISES LLC reserves the right to automatically flag, suspend, or cancel any transaction that exhibits indicators of high risk or potential fraud as determined by our automated security systems and third-party payment gateways.

In the event that an order is cancelled due to a high-risk fraud alert or unauthorized payment attempt, any refund processed will be strictly subject to the deduction of non-refundable payment gateway processing fees and administrative costs incurred by the Company.

6. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Fraudulent Claims & Chargebacks 

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against "friendly fraud" and malicious chargebacks (including, but not limited to, false claims of non-receipt, unauthorized activity, or item-not-as-described made after successful delivery).

  • No Refunds for False Claims: Buyers who initiate fraudulent or false claims shall not be entitled to any refund.

  • Financial Liability: If a buyer falsely disputes a legitimate charge through their bank, they will be held fully liable to indemnify MA ENTERPRISES LLC for the full transaction amount, plus the standard chargeback dispute fee levied by the payment processor (typically $15–$20 USD), and any associated collection or legal fees.

  • Legal Escalation: The Company reserves the right to report fraudulent buyers to international fraud databases, e-commerce blacklists, and law enforcement agencies within the buyer's local jurisdiction to recover debts.
