Terms of Service - MA WATCHES

1. Nature of Products We specialize in high-grade, authentic vintage timepieces. These are pre-owned mechanical or quartz watches. Due to their historical nature, natural wear, patina, and minor imperfections are expected and celebrated as part of their history and authenticity.

2. Accuracy and Mechanical Performance

  • Vintage Standards: Vintage mechanical watches do not keep time with the same precision as modern quartz watches. A variation of +/- 1-3 minutes per day is considered normal for authentic vintage movements.

  • Pre-shipment Testing: Every watch undergoes a rigorous 48-hour testing period before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of vintage horology, we ensure the watch is functional at the time of delivery.

3. Water Resistance Policy Strict Notice: We do not guarantee water resistance on any vintage timepiece. Given their age, gaskets and seals may not provide modern-day protection. Exposure to water (swimming, showering, or heavy rain) is at the buyer’s own risk. Damage caused by water ingress is not covered under our return policy.

4. Payment Terms & Security

  • Upfront Payment: All international orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment processors.

  • Order Security: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged as "High Risk" by our payment processors to ensure the security of both the buyer and the seller.

5. International Shipping & Customs

  • Global Delivery: We ship worldwide via premium couriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: The total price at checkout does not include local import duties or VAT. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses a shipment, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from the final refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Unboxing Requirement: To ensure a smooth claim process, customers must record a continuous unboxing video as proof of the watch's condition upon arrival.

  • Final Sale: Many of our vintage pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind items. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, as we focus on providing accurate representations of each piece.

  • Restocking Fee: Approved returns may be subject to a 10% inspection and restocking fee, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
