MA WATCHES - Return & Refund Policy
At MA Watches, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
1. 14-Day Return Period We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the watch must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all protective films and tags intact.
2. Return Shipping
- Buyer's Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning an item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service. MA Watches is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the product purchase price.
4. Damaged or "Dead on Arrival" Items If a "Final Sale" item or any other watch arrives damaged or non-functional, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video as proof. In such cases, we will provide a repair or replacement resolution regardless of the sale status.
5. Refused or Undelivered Parcels If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their parcel or fails to collect it from the courier/post office, resulting in the package being returned to MA Watches, no refund will be issued. The customer will also be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred. Re-delivery may be arranged at the customer's expense upon request.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute it with full evidence including order details and delivery confirmation, and may restrict future purchases.
