Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing MA Watches. We strive to provide high-quality vintage timepieces to our global community. All business operations, logistical asset management, and customer protections are strictly governed by MA ENTERPRISES LLC (Montana, USA). By placing an order on our store, the buyer explicitly and legally agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Processing Time & Verification Holds

  • Vintage Collection Framework: Standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days. This precise timeframe incorporates a mandatory, final 48-hour mechanical calibration, amplitude analysis, and meticulous quality control check to ensure your vintage timepiece strictly meets our horological standards before securely departing our workshop. Please note that operations do not process shipments on weekends or official public holidays.

  • High-Risk Security Holds: Any transaction flagged as High-Risk or fraudulent by our automated payment processing gateways or risk analysis infrastructure will be subject to an immediate, mandatory security hold. Shipping manifests and carrier labels will strictly not be generated for flagged items under any circumstances until comprehensive identity verification is complete.

  • Mobile & Email Verification Protocol: Upon a security flag, MA Watches will immediately contact the customer via the Mobile Number (SMS/Text Message) and/or Email Address provided during checkout. The buyer is legally obligated to respond to our official outbound verification message within 48 hours to explicitly confirm that the transaction was fully authorized by the lawful cardholder. Unverified orders exceeding this 48-hour window will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be processed directly to the original payment method to protect the genuine account owner.

3. Mandatory Signature on Delivery

  • Loss Prevention Framework: To systematically eliminate fraudulent or unauthorized delivery disputes (including "Item Not Received" or "Lost Package" claims), all high-value transactions—specifically those exceeding $200 USD in aggregate value—or orders consisting of multiple rare vintage timepieces, will be securely dispatched using a premium "Signature Required" courier service.

  • Chain of Custody Condition: The designated shipping carrier is strictly prohibited from releasing the package or performing an unmonitored residential drop-off without obtaining a physical, binding signature from an adult resident at the declared delivery address. The signed delivery receipt provided by the courier serves as absolute, conclusive legal proof of successful transfer of ownership and verified physical delivery.

4. Shipping, Logistics, & Address Liability

  • Customer Data Obligation: Customers maintain sole, absolute responsibility for inputting an entirely accurate, secure, and complete physical shipping address at checkout. Due to stringent international carrier regulations and high-value asset security protocols, MA Watches does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO military addresses. A valid, active telephone number is strictly mandatory for all distribution manifests.

  • Liability Limits: Once the third-party shipping carrier logs a package’s tracking status as "Delivered," MA Watches is instantly and completely released from any and all financial or material liability. MA Watches assumes no responsibility for packages stolen post-delivery, missing parcels resulting from unsecure residential drop-off locations, or delivery failures induced by inaccurate or incomplete address coordinates entered by the buyer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Importation Regulations: MA Watches operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) framework for international shipments. MA Watches is not liable for any customs duties, localized tariffs, Import Value Added Tax (VAT), or brokerage fees applied by the destination country's border authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole, exclusive financial responsibility of the customer.

  • Refused Shipments (Strict No-Refund Policy): If an international package is refused by the recipient or returned to our facilities because the customer refuses to pay localized customs duties, import clearance fees, or associated border taxes, MA Watches will NOT issue any refund whatsoever. The customer will be held 100% legally and financially liable for the total abandonment of the package, and no financial liability, partial refunds, or chargeback claims will be honored or compensated by our firm.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active and queryable within 24 hours of generation.

7. Damages & Lost Packages (Mitigation Requirements)

  • Damage Mitigation Requirements: MA Watches ensures that all horological items are professionally secured within robust, shock-resistant, and tamper-evident specialized protective casings. While we are not directly liable for courier or transit mishandling, we will provide administrative assistance to customers compiling documentation for carrier insurance claims. To qualify for documentation support, the buyer is strictly required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video immediately upon receipt, clearly capturing the unopened package, the intact shipping label, and the immediate physical state of the timepiece upon removal from the container.

8. Chargeback Abuse & False Disputes (Strict Anti-Fraud Protection)

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: MA Watches maintains a zero-tolerance policy against friendly fraud, fraudulent chargebacks, or false credit card disputes. Opening a dispute with your bank claiming an item was "not received" or "unauthorized" when delivery logs show otherwise is considered a direct violation of this agreement.

  • Legal Enforcement of Digital Footprints: By completing a purchase transaction, the buyer explicitly grants irrevocable consent to the logging and compiling of all transaction-related operational footprints. This includes secure network IP addresses, device configuration logs, e-commerce platform transaction pathways, automated outward verification timestamp logs, and secure third-party carrier delivery receipts with signed proof. In the event of an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claim initiated via the buyer's banking institution, MA Watches will submit these logged data paths alongside this signed policy directly to the financial provider as binding evidence to successfully dismiss the dispute.
